Claiming is free and it does not affect where you rank. It changes what families can see about you, which is the part the federal registry cannot tell them.

How it works

  • Submit the form below. Your NPI is on your profile page.
  • Confirm your email. We send a link to an address at your agency domain.
  • A person reviews it. Usually same day, always within two business days.
  • It goes live on the next build. Your profile then shows the date you confirmed it.
Which listing are you claiming?

It is printed on your profile page, and on any claim link we sent you.

Who are you?

Must be at your agency's own domain. A Gmail or Yahoo address cannot show that you control this listing. No domain email? Ask us to verify by phone instead.

What should families see?

This is the part the federal registry cannot tell them. Everything here is optional, and every field you fill is one less phone call a parent has to make.
